The causes of dhukha (sorrow) of the people are three as per Sankhya -
1. Adhidhaiveeka - Caused by the unknown and unseen beings
2. Adhyathmika - One's own body, mind etc
3. Adhibhautheeka - Caused by the environment and celestial bodies
I studies MA Sanskrit in 2014-16 and got university gold medal by the grace of our Gurudev. For the final year project, it was adhidhaiveeka. Vajrapanjarakavacha stotram - from Skandha purana. Skandha purana has more than 80k slokas and most of the stotras in it are not brought out. This is on Durga who has to protect my each part of my body.
In the process of curing my skin disease, I came across
Acupuncture in 2013. And I started to learn that. While learning Acupuncture, I came to know a lot of secrets in our body. It was an amazing experience. Then I learnt Varma in 2016. This is a traditional medical method from Kanyakumari district. With this I came to know the connection between our physical and subtle bodies. Later I learnt Marma and became a Marma therapist.
As the thesis of my M Phil project in 2017, I did comparative study of Marma with Varma and Acupressure. As a non-medical student and new to Sanskrit language, I feel the work done was not by me, but by the Guru himself.
Thank you Guruji for giving me such wonderful experiences.
JaiGurudev!!!
