Got rid of Sinusitis

I was working in an IT company. Because of AC, travel and my own health issues, I was getting cold and cough very frequently. I was taking English medicines and antibiotics continuously and so the immunity went low to almost nil. My face was looking swollen and the Doctor told me that the oxygen to the brain was low by 30%.

In the year 2002, I underwent sinusitis surgery inside the nose. After that for nearly 2 years I was alright. But after that I started to get the cold and cough again. At that time only I started to practice yoga and pranayama. The conditions started to become better. In 2006, I did Art of living Sudarshan Kriya. Things started to improve from the worse to much better.

 

From 2008, for 2 years, I took Nasyam treatment at Art of Living, Wellness center in Chennai for every 6 months. That made me to completely get rid of the problem of sinusitis and my immunity was restored. Now I am much healthier and look young by 10 years of my age. This makes me very happy. 

It was by the grace of Gurudev that I am out of the worst disease called sinusitis.
